Biography
Dr. Christopher Muir is a consultant Endocrinologist dedicated to providing personalised and evidence-based care. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with honours from the University of Sydney in 2011 and underwent subspecialty training in Endocrinology at St. Vincent's Hospital, Sydney and Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
Dr. Muir holds a Conjoint Associate Lecturer position with the University of New South Wales, and is involved with medical student as well as junior medical officer and registrar teaching. He maintains professional membership with the Endocrine Society of Australia, Australasian Diabetes Society, American Thyroid Association and the Endocrine Society (United States). He is active in clinical research, and his findings have been presented at both national and international endocrine society meetings, as well as published in a number of peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Muir maintains a broad interest in all aspects of Endocrinology, and consults on patients with complex hormonal and metabolic disorders including diabetes, bone, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal conditions.
